Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate Sultana recently revealed she is experiencing internal bleeding after a physical altercation with fellow contestant Faith.

The clash happened during a skincare task preparation where tensions rose over group cooperation.

Sultana tried to take away a bucket of ingredients needed for the group task, which Faith tried to prevent, leading to a physical struggle between them. During the scuffle, Faith forcefully pulled the bucket from Sultana, causing her to lose balance and fall to the floor.

After the fight, Sultana complained to her love interest Jason Jae that her wrist hurt and feared she had internal bleeding because she started bleeding again despite her menstrual cycle having ended two weeks earlier.

She expressed concern that the blood was a different color, adding to her worries about her health. Fans have expressed concern over her condition, closely monitoring her well-being while awaiting medical attention from the Big Brother production team.

The incident has also sparked discussions among viewers about the dynamics between housemates and the intensity of competition in BBNaija.

Sultana’s actions were seen by some as deliberately disruptive to the group’s task, which further escalated tensions with Faith, who was determined to keep the group on track.
