Punjabi singer and actor Rajvir Jawanda has tragically died at the age of 35 after spending 11 days in critical condition following a severe motorcycle accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

On September 27, 2025, Rajvir lost control of his motorcycle, reportedly after encountering stray cattle on the road, resulting in major head and spinal injuries.

He was initially hospitalized locally before being transferred to Fortis Hospital in Mohali, where he remained on life support but did not recover. Despite intensive medical care, he succumbed to his injuries on October 8, 2025.

Rajvir Jawanda was well-known for his hits like “Kali Jawande Di,” “Khush Reha Kar,” and “Sardari,” and was also recognized for his acting roles in Punjabi films such as “Subedar Joginder Singh” and “Jind Jaan.”

His untimely death has deeply shocked the Punjabi music and film community, with many fellow artists and fans expressing profound grief. His passing has also reignited conversations around road safety and emergency medical services in hilly areas.
