Nigerian online streamer and content creator Peller was reportedly kidnapped by unknown gunmen during a live stream on the night of August 27, 2025.
However, fresh updates have confirmed that Peller was actually arrested by the Nigerian police, who mistook his conductors for kidnappers.
The police detained him briefly for misbehaving during interrogation on his way home. His whereabouts became known after the intervention of friends and were confirmed by close sources.
The incident was initially misunderstood as a kidnapping but turned out to be a police arrest situation. Peller is now safe following these developments .
