Natasha submits ‘sexual harassment’ petition against Akpabio at Senate
…Kisses husband before going for plenary
The Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, on Tuesday tendered a sexual harassment petition against President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio.
The Senator who was accompanied by her husband to the National Assembly submitted the petition on the floor of the Red Chamber after the Senate resumed plenary.
The Senate had earlier said it was not investigating the allegations because there was no formal petition against Akpabio on the floor of the red chamber.
In a brief but affectionate moment, her husband kissed her before she proceeded into the chamber to take her newly assigned seat, which has been at the center of an intense dispute.
