Ademola Lookman has reportedly rejected a move to Arsenal, insisting instead on joining Inter Milan. Despite Atalanta having offered him to Arsenal amid a transfer stalemate, Lookman wants Inter and has agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri, waiting for them to increase their offer, which is said to be around €50 million.
He has been absent from Atalanta training to push for this transfer and remains steadfast in his desire to join Inter rather than return to the Premier League or join Arsenal.
Atalanta apparently doesn’t want to sell Lookman to a Serie A rival cheaply, which complicates the deal. However, Lookman is focused on joining Inter and has been reported to have cleared out his locker at Atalanta’s training ground as a sign he intends to leave.
Arsenal, while interested, reportedly prefer to target other players like Rodrygo, Antony Gordon, or Rafael Leao over Lookman. The Gunners’ possible bid has not swayed Lookman, who remains committed to Inter.
Lookman is pressing for a transfer to Inter Milan and has turned down Arsenal’s interest to fulfill his preferred move to the San Siro club.
