Juju music legend Ebenezer Obey has refuted recent death rumors, affirming in a video he is alive and in good health.
He described the false reports, which claimed he had suffered a stroke or passed away, as “lies from the kingdom of darkness.”
Obey shared that he recently traveled to London for personal care, not because of any serious illness, and expressed disappointment over the spread of such misinformation.
In the video, he appeared joyful and sang praises along with his sons to reassure fans.
This is not the first time Obey has had to debunk death rumors, as similar hoaxes have circulated before. His personal assistant also confirmed he is hale, hearty, and active, quashing the baseless claims.
