Grammy-nominated Davido has celebrated achieving 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify for the first time.
He attributed the success to building his career from the ground up without any major industry backing.
He, however, credited God for quality music and dedicated fan base for his accomplishments.

Davido’s journey to stardom began with his breakthrough hit “Dami Duro” in 2011.
He has since become one of Nigeria’s most influential artists, known for blending Afrobeats, Afropop, R&B and dancehall elements in his music.
With notable albums like “A Better Time” and “Timeless,” Davido continues to make waves in the music industry.
Recently, Davido released his fifth studio album, “5ive,” which likely contributed to his Spotify milestone.
His ability to craft infectious beats and connect with fans has earned him numerous awards and accolades.
