The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 120 suspects in Lagos over alleged internet fraud.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 120 suspects in Lagos over alleged internet fraud.
A statement by Dele Oyewale, EFCC spokesperson, said the suspects, comprising 95 males and 25 females, were arrested on Monday at various locations in Lagos state.
Oyewale said the anti-graft agency recovered 26 exotic cars and expensive jewellery, smartphones, laptops and incriminating documents, from the suspects.
The EFCC spokesperson said the suspects will be arraigned in court after investigation.
