Davido and Chioma shared heartfelt and adorable vows during their white wedding ceremony on August 10, 2025, in Miami. Chioma described Davido as her love, best friend, and “calm in the storm,” pledging to walk with him forever.
She said, “You’re my love, you’re my best friend, you’re my calm in my storm. Nobody knows or loves us like we do. I want you to know that today I am holding your hands, and I am going to walk with you forever.” Davido, in his vow, called her his “love, peace, and home,” expressing deep affection and nervousness, saying, “You came into my life quietly and became the most loudest and beautiful part of it. You saw the real me, the me the world doesn’t see and you still choose me”.
Their Miami ceremony followed previous traditional and court wedding ceremonies in Lagos in June 2024 and March 2023 respectively. The vows were emotionally impactful, admired by guests, and widely shared in media coverage and videos online.
