Buhari’s Body Leaves Katsina To Daura For Final Burial
The remains of the former President Muhammadu Buhari has departed Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Airport in a long convoy, for his hometown, Daura where he will be buried today.
The body arrived at the airport about 2p.m. and was received by President Bola Tinubu.
The body, accompanied by Vice President Kashim Shettima, Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, and some family members of the late former president.
Buhari’s body, draped in the Nigerian flag, was brought down from the Nigerian Air Force aircraft by officials of the Nigerian Military
