The lady who accused Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, of rape was arrested on November 6, 2025, and was subsequently detained and arraigned in court on November 10, 2025.
The woman, Victoria Ayomide Agboola, had made the accusations publicly in September 2025 but fled her husband’s house and social media following legal threats from Paul Okoye.
After her arrest, she was released on medical grounds but has since been evading court appearances. The court has now set a firm date for her to appear on December 1, 2025, warning that failure to appear could result in her being remanded.
