Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) coach Luis Enrique has emphasized that despite the club facing significant injury concerns, including key players Ousmane Dembele, Achraf Hakimi, and Nuno Mendes being sidelined for several weeks, there is no rush to make transfers in the upcoming winter transfer window.

Enrique stated clearly that PSG is “always open to transfer opportunities, but there’s no rush, no need to hurry,” highlighting a careful and measured approach to recruitment amid the injury crisis.

He acknowledged the physical toll from the demanding 2024-25 season, which included 65 matches and multiple trophies, making recovery and player management crucial during this long campaign.

Despite the injuries, PSG remains top of Ligue 1 and competitive in the Champions League, with Enrique confident that the team will recover its players and regain form with time.

He also noted the importance of managing the squad carefully and using opportunities to give playing time to other squad members during this unusual start to the season.
