Zita, a 24-year-old housemate in Big Brother Naija Season 10, has once again asserted her strength in the competition by dethroning Koyin as Head of House barely 24 hours after he had claimed the title.

This marks Zita’s second time becoming Head of House this season, having previously taken the crown from Doris in Week Four.

The intense Head of House challenger game on Monday featured top contenders including Faith, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Kola, Koyin, and Zita herself. After a tense battle, Zita emerged victorious, reclaiming the prestigious role and the many privileges it brings.

As the new Head of House for Week 8, Zita enjoys immunity from eviction, full access to the exclusive Head of House lounge, and the power to influence key house dynamics and decisions.

In a strategic move, she selected Kola as her guest to share the lounge benefits, mirroring how she kept close alliances during her previous reign when she picked Rooboy.

Koyin’s tenure as Head of House was short-lived; he had only won the position a day earlier after outperforming the same group of contestants and had chosen Jason Jae as his lounge partner.

Adding to the week’s intensity, Koyin read out the week’s brief which introduced the theme “Flying Solo,” where housemates are tasked with self-discovery while working in pairs to prepare cultural presentations on selected Nigerian states.

The outcome of their wager on this task will determine their food supply for the upcoming week.

Meanwhile, Faith was named the Most Influential Player, granting him automatic immunity from eviction, which has further raised the stakes as the season nears its climax.

Zita’s win not only secures her safety for the week but also reinforces her position as a formidable player with strong strategic moves and alliances, positioning her well for the remaining weeks of the competition.
