Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather have agreed to an exhibition fight scheduled for spring 2026.

The event is being promoted by CSI Sports and Fight Sports, though an exact date, venue, and broadcast partner are yet to be confirmed.

Tyson, 59, and Mayweather, 48, who never fought each other professionally, will face off in a highly anticipated bout billed as “Legend vs. Legend.”

Tyson is known for his raw power and intimidation as a former undisputed heavyweight champion with a record of 50 wins (44 by knockout) and 7 losses. Mayweather retired undefeated at 50-0, famous for his defensive mastery and technical brilliance.

Both have maintained relevance in the boxing world with recent exhibition fights—Tyson last fought in 2024 and Mayweather has participated in multiple exhibitions since retiring in 2017.

Despite their age, both fighters express enthusiasm about the fight.

Tyson said the matchup is something neither he nor the world expected, highlighting boxing’s new era of unpredictability.

Mayweather emphasized his legacy and the legendary status of the event, promising fans a big and memorable spectacle.

The fight is expected to be a major global boxing event, focusing on entertainment and legacy rather than official records .
