Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has clarified her position regarding the controversial WhatsApp group chat linked to the late singer Mohbad’s death. She confirmed that she was briefly added to the group by someone she knows but left immediately after realizing that the conversations did not align with her values or involve her directly.
Angela emphasized that she does not support online drama or gossip and prefers to focus on her personal and professional life.
She also addressed misunderstandings, clarifying that her comments were not aimed at actress Iyabo Ojo, whom she respects, but at another woman who added her to the group and later apologized privately. Angela stressed that the focus should remain on seeking justice for Mohbad rather than fueling online conflicts and urged people to avoid spreading harmful narratives.
